As you have heard BCEHS and CUPE 873 are working together to better the resource efficiency and deployment in our region. BCEHS has offered the commitment to examining very closely, all resources including current and future needs in the Valley.

BCEHS and CUPE 873 value your input to make the Fraser Valley a better place to work and increase efficient responses to the patients that we serve and care for.

THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE CHANGE!

BCEHS is offering paid meetings for anyone that wants to attend to give their input to changes very much needed in the Fraser Valley. No idea is rejected, everything you bring up will be documented and reviewed in the next deployment meetings. Your suggestions will be assimilated into a data-based system to be reviewed. All appropriate ideas will be put forward to upper level management for possible future implementation.

Any members that can’t make the meetings can give all their suggestions to Annmarie Byers, or Corey Froese. Your ideas will be brought forward and reviewed. And again, all your ideas are important.
