Re:      Regional Public Education Director

Please consider helping out the APBC Public Education (PE) Department in Region 2 East.  The Regional Public Education Director position is currently vacant.  We are filling the balance of a 2 year term ending April 2019 in accordance with Bylaw 13.d5. 

The position covers the region from Boston Bar to Abbotsford.  The Regional PE Director is expected to organize and volunteer in community events, parades, school visits, etc. (including facilitating the use of our Public Education Ambulance and Bearamedic). 

Our Public Education team is on the front lines interacting with the public and has a tremendous impact in our communities.  Parents, children, teachers, community leaders and other public safety agencies all say they have seen such a great response to having our presence at these events.
