Climate Change Committee

Environmental Awareness and Climate Change Committee
At our Annual Convention in October last year, a resolution was passed (Policy 10-2017) that called for the creation of a climate change and environment committee. An expression of interest for the committee was issued in January and we received many quality applicants.
It is our pleasure, in Honour of Earth Day on April 22nd, to formally announce the creation of the Environmental Awareness and Climate Change Committee. The committee will consist of three members. Congratulations to David Hollingworth, Arthur Gregoris, and Amanda Davies who will comprise the committee. The committee has already scheduled their first meeting, and we look forward to their recommendations.
The committee will convene for a year and will be reviewed at a Provincial Board Meeting in 2019.
