CP Outstanding Retro Pay

The final pay application for CP wage rates was confirmed by the Joint Implementation Committee on December 18^th, as a result, calculations for pay and system changes are underway.

I am pleased to inform you the employer has confirmed a definitive date as to when CP’s will receive their retro pay.

The new CP pay increase of $0.75 per hour and the 2% increase will be applied to all hours worked by paramedics holding a CP position, going forward as of January 10^th, 2020.

CP retro pay will be paid out on the February 14^th, 2020 pay date, including any hours that were not paid as CP between November 15^th, 2019 to January 9^th, 2020.
