RE:  Loss of Fuller and Polivka Anniversary

Today marks the seven (7) year anniversary of the tragic loss of Paramedic Unit Chief JoAnn Fuller paramedic Ivan Polivka 

JoAnn and Ivan were assigned to the Tofino, BC, station. They were returning from the hospital in Port Alberni when their ambulance was involved in a single-vehicle accident. The unit plunged off a narrow road and into Kennedy Lake.

Please take a moment today to remember JoAnn, Ivan and the eight (8) other APBC members who have made the ultimate sacrifice, in the line of duty, serving the citizens of British Columbia.
