With the recent changes to Section 5.1 of the Workers Compensation Act and the addition of presumptive legislation for OSI’s (Occupational Stress Injuries) we are hearing through various channels that many members have had their claims progress with relative ease.
As we are still in the process of lobbying for changes to the regulations and policy that support the new legislation, if anyone would like to share their experience I believe it would assist us with our work. Please, only do so if you are in a stage where this wouldn’t cause undue harm.
